You may pick on your bracket for the 2019 NCAA men’s basketball tournament. You select colors, throw darts, could flip coins or do something a little more involving basketball info.
But the tried-and-true method for competing at a bracket pool is watching an excessive number of regular-season hoops then quickly scribbling down your selections as the area is announced.
